Steps for Successful Implementation

When a client opts for the SIMS White Label Mobile APP and/or WEB solutions, the following process ensures a succesful implementation:

Initial Engagement and Setup

The client engages the SIMS Sales team at sims@simwhitelabel.com
SIMS Sales team introduces the client to SIMS Product team
SIMS Product team assigns a dedicated engagement manager

Feature Req. Collection

The engagement manager works with the client to determine the desired features and functions for their product wireless mobile application. The features include but are not limited to the following options:

Core Features

Account creation and management

Additional Features

Number porting

Advanced Features

Integration with mobile wallet for payments

NOTE: The above features are subject to availability and support by the platform selected by the client.

Onboarding and Asset Collection

The engagement manager guides the client through the onboarding process, which includes:

Branding and Customization

Collect company overview and brand guidelines
Gather logo files, brand colors, and fonts
Obtain images, videos, and icons (if applicable)

Content Requirements

Collect marketing text, legal content, and support information
Gather plan details, equipment information, and top-up/wallet details
Complete FAQ and help/support content

Technical Setup

The engagement manager coordinates with engineers to:

Set up API endpoints for various functions:
- Buy flow
- Authentication (for Lifeline/ACP)
- Activation
- Account management
- Payment processing
- Support features
Obtain necessary credentials and API keys:
- OSS/BSS keys
- National Verifier API keys (if applicable)
- Live chat/chatbot API keys
- Domain registrar admin access
- Payment processor information
- App store access (Google Play and Apple Developer accounts)
Configure alerts and notifications system

Design and Development

Engineers customize the white-label APP based on collected assets, requirements, and selected features
Engagement manager oversees the development process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and feature implementation

Testing and Quality Assurance

Internal testing by the White Label APP/WEB team
Client review and feedback
Iterations and refinements based on client input

Deployment Preparation

Finalize store listings (Google Play and Apple App Store)
Set up support and maintenance periods
Establish issue severity levels and service level agreements

Launch and Deployment

Submit to app stores for approval
Coordinate launch date with client
Deploy web version (if applicable)

Post-Launch Support

Monitor app performance and user feedback
Address any critical issues within agreed SLA timeframes
Provide ongoing support and maintenance as needed

Throughout this process, the engagement manager serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating between the client, product team, and engineering teams to ensure a smooth implementation and deployment of the white-label prepaid wireless mobile app and/or web with the selected features and functions tailored to the client's needs.
